Plain promises about your money and your data
Sparsy keeps your household's money. That takes trust, so here is what we promise, without the small print.
1.No ads. Not now, not ever.
You'll never see an ad in Sparsy, and nobody pays us to put something in front of you.
2.Your data is never sold.
Your books, your name and your email are not sold, rented or shared for advertising. They're used only to run Sparsy for you.
3.No ad trackers.
No advertising networks and no tracking cookies. We count page visits anonymously to know which screens are used, and that's it.
4.No bank needed.
Sparsy works fully without connecting a bank. You record what you spend, Sparsy never asks for your bank password, and it can never move your money.
5.Your books leave with you.
Export everything to a spreadsheet whenever you like. Your data is yours, not a reason to stay.
6.Delete means delete.
Delete your account and your books, pictures and sign-ins go at once. On shared accounts, the others keep their balances without your name.
7.What you use today stays yours.
We won't move a feature you already have behind a paywall. Premium only adds new things.
Who makes Sparsy
One developer, in Bolivia
Sparsy started because the money app I used for years couldn't share accounts with the people I live with, and asking for features went nowhere. So I built the app I wanted.
Sparsy is paid for by the people who choose Premium, not by ads. That's what keeps these promises possible.
If we ever change any of this, we'll tell you first, here and in the app.
